Lawn Treatments

This includes seasonal treatments that are tailored to suit your lawn, by using a selective herbicide to tackle and treat weeds. Quality fertilisers will encourage the grass to grow and develop a healthy green colour and aid root development, whilst leaving your lawn vibrant and healthy.

Dead grass that builds up on the surface of the lawn (commonly referred to as thatch) and moss can effectively be removed through scarification. Thatch can disrupt the flow of moisture to the grass roots, which in turn can weakening and in some cases kill the grass altogether. Thatch can be particularly troublesome during autumn and winter periods, when it can create damp, humid conditions ideal for moss growth, which can also lead to grass diseases and fungus. Through scarification the team at Lawn Care and Repair can remove thatch from your lawn and allow the grass underneath to grow unaffected. If your lawn is suffering with thatch growth, talk to us today for a speedy resolution.

Aeration

Aeration helps to prevent the compaction of soil and helps with air flow to the roots. At Lawn Care and Repair we utilise the latest grass aeration machines to relieve compaction and promote healthy growth. We can undertake aeration at any time of the year, although we would advise that it's best to avoid wet periods where the soil is muddy. Through regular maintenance we can help you achieve stronger, healthier lawn you can enjoy throughout the year. Recommended every 1 to 3 years depending on soil type.

What Our Customers Are Saying

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Services: Lawn pest control, Weed control, Lawn mowing/maintenance, Seeding

Wow! The difference in our lawn is unbelievable. After a summer of a greyhound running round and a trampoline sitting on it followed by a winter of rain there was more moss than grass. Darren and Ste came to quote, tbh I thought it would be extortionate, but no, and they've done a great job killing the moss (we raked it off), then reseeding it until the weather turned and it actually started growing (thanks to their watering advice too!). They've also sprayed our patio to get rid of all the moss. I would 100% recommend Darren and Ste to anyone! Thank you!

Seen the company van in my street and it caught my eye. Thought I’d see what they could do.
My lawn looks amazing! The guy was honest, no messing, told me what I did and didn’t need so he didn’t overcharge. Prices very reasonable too. I will be using this company from now on
